Matthew Edgar BSc MRICS heads up our advisory business focussed on property in a corporate context. Matthew is a Chartered Surveyor who spent over 20 years in private practice, 15 years at partner level, before establishing his own corporate property consultancy in 2006 and has advised on corporate property transactions throughout the UK.

He has been advising management teams in growing businesses since 1991, with expertise in senior debt, financial leverage arrangements and equity returns to investors. Matthew has held non-executive director roles since 1996 working alongside property companies, building contractors and clearing banks.

Matthew’s expertise and connections allow him to advise FCP’s clients on all aspects of property funding, acquisition, disposal and development and he is adept at using his connections and know how to put deals together.
