Paul Jarman-Williams LLB (Hons) is an M&A lawyer who spent many years at pre-eminent firms Dickson Minto and Burness before leaving private practice law to pursue a more commercial and operational role. This has enabled Paul to be deeply involved with building and investing in early stage businesses, as well as negotiating and overseeing numerous real estate opportunities. 

Paul works with the team at FCP to help identify and unlock opportunities related to property assets, using his experience of corporate law, M&A transactions and knowledge as Executive Director of a family office to bring a useful perspective to clients of FCP.
